Wifinity is one of the fastest-growing UK Internet Service Providers and approached me to help with their site-wide brand refresh.

I helped them to refine their customer-facing tone of voice across all of their communications and website and helped position their brand as a Business to Business service provider.

In addition to rewriting their case studies and blog content, I also partnered with them on an 8-figure client proposal.

The aim was to write their content in a simple language to remove the usual complexity that usually comes with the sector.

The below features their Home Page, About Page, and two of their biggest clients—the UK Ministry of Defence, as well as the Public WiFi available at Butlins Holiday parks.

Included is a case study of how Wifinity supported the delivery of Operation Bridge—the funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
